At the Metro-North Staff Excellence awards on Thursday 12th of October, the White Cloud Foundation along with the clinicians from RBWH, Metro-North Perinatal Mental Health, Caboolture and Redcliffe Hospitals were very proud to receive a highly commended award.
From more than 200 nominations across seven categories, White Cloud Mums program was recognised for its spirit of collaboration in enhancing the support and care that women with or at risk of perinatal mental illness receive.
In under a year, the program has helped more than 70 women. The support Metro-NorthNorth Perinatal Mental Health and the social work teams at RBWH, Caboolture and Redcliffe hospitals has been instrumental in developing an effective program that is making a real difference.
