Stratus – A multidisciplinary early intervention program.
The Stratus program combines two evidence-based, holistic, early intervention strategies, to create one of the most effective programs for combating the development of Mental Illness. The program builds the physical and mental resilience of a client who may be experiencing early symptoms of Mental Illness. The program takes a multidisciplinary approach to address the underlying psychosocial risk factors that may otherwise impede recovery.
Through the delivery of a layered holistic approach, by a multi-disciplinary team, the program will assist to alleviate a client’s symptoms, reduce their risk factors, build their resilience and arm them with strategies to better manage their emotional health. Graduates of the Stratus program will be educated to identify the signs that their wellbeing is at risk and will be equipped with a self-management plan to combat these triggers.
The Stratus Multidisciplinary team
The Stratus program provides each participant with individualised sessions with a multidisciplinary team of experts in the fields of Psychology, Social Work, Dietetics and Exercise Physiology.
When these individual disciplines are combined to take a multi-disciplinary approach to the management and treatment of our clients, it produces a significantly increased ability to building long-term mental and physical resilience.
