Why it Matters
Workplace mental health issues rarely begin as formal claims. They usually appear first through turnover, fatigue, absenteeism, presenteeism and leadership strain.
The strongest organisations are recognising these patterns earlier and putting more robust support and oversight in place before the impact compounds further.
What We Offer
White Cloud Foundation’s Corporate Partnership model helps organisations strengthen workforce mental health, leadership resilience and psychosocial capability through one integrated, clinically governed model.
Designed specifically for SMEs and mid-market organisations, the model combines:
- specialist multidisciplinary workforce support
- leadership performance and resilience capability
- organisational psychosocial risk insight
- executive-level mental health advisory support
Why Us?
At the centre of the model is the Australian-first Consulting Chief Mental Health Officer, giving organisations access to specialist organisational mental health expertise typically only available to much larger employers.
Unlike traditional wellbeing programs or standalone EAP models, the White Cloud approach combines workforce support, leadership capability and organisational-level insight into one structured partnership designed to support stronger, more resilient and higher-performing organisations.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from an EAP?
Most EAPs provide short-term, reactive support once an employee seeks help. White Cloud Foundation are mental health specialists providing structured, clinically governed care designed to support people earlier and more effectively. Our multidisciplinary model includes psychology, counselling, social work, dietetics and exercise physiology, recognising that mental health is best supported holistically. Where appropriate, individuals receive coordinated care with continuity between clinicians, creating a more personalised and consistent support experience rather than disconnected or one-off interactions. The model also includes leadership capability and organisational-level psychosocial risk support, extending beyond traditional employee assistance models.
Is this only for organisations already experiencing serious issues?
No. The organisations responding best are recognising and addressing mental health challenges earlier, before issues escalate into absenteeism, turnover, burnout, claims or operational disruption. Our service is designed to strengthen resilience, leadership and organisational capability over time, positively influencing performance, retention, productivity, governance and psychosocial risk management.
Can this sit alongside our existing wellbeing programs?
Yes. Many organisations already have support in place. White Cloud’s model is designed to strengthen and extend those capabilities through earlier intervention, multidisciplinary specialist care, leadership resilience support and organisational-level psychosocial risk insight. For many organisations, it becomes the missing link between individual support and building a mentally healthier, higher-performing and more psychosocially safe workplace.
Will an organisation have visibility of individual employee information?
No. Individual care remains confidential, with privacy protections similar to those expected when seeing a GP or other registered health professional. All White Cloud clinicians and mental health specialists operate under the strict professional and ethical obligations of their respective disciplines. White Cloud Foundation also maintains strong clinical governance and privacy frameworks to ensure all personal information is appropriately protected. Any organisational reporting is aggregated and de-identified only, providing insight into broader themes, trends and emerging psychosocial risks without identifying any individual accessing support.
What is the Consulting Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO)?
The Consulting Chief Mental Health Officer (CMHO) is an Australian-first model designed specifically for SMEs and mid-market organisations. It gives organisations access to specialist mental health expertise that is typically unavailable internally, helping leadership, HR and WHS teams better understand psychosocial risk, workforce mental health trends and emerging organisational issues. The CMHO works alongside leadership to provide clinically informed advice, organisational mental health diagnostics and practical guidance on building a more mentally healthy, resilient and high-performing workplace. For many organisations, it also fills an important capability gap as psychosocial safety obligations and expectations continue to evolve.
