You can run or walk for mental health in this year’s Bridge to Brisbane – making a difference to not only your mental health but the wellbeing of thousands of others. By choosing to fundraise for White Cloud Foundation, you’re helping to provide meals for new and pregnant mothers struggling with perinatal depression and you’re also supporting us to provide free and easy access to psychologists, social workers, dietitians and other mental health professionals through our White Cloud Tele-Mental Health Service. This service can help stop depression and anxiety in its tracks and improve overall mental wellbeing.

Bridge to Brisbane is one of Queensland’s most iconic events. Last year a sold out crowd of 30,000 people ran, jogged, walked and wheeled along Brisbane’s streets and over the iconic Gateway Bridge. Most importantly $1.2 million was raised for charity organisations.
You can choose to do either the 10km course or the 5km course or, if you’re not going to be in Brisbane on the day, you can do the Virtual Race. You can do it on your own, with your family, set up a corporate team with your workmates, or do it with friends. You can dress to a theme, wear a costume, or just come as you are. All we hope is that you do this year’s Bridge to Brisbane for mental health and fundraise for White Cloud Foundation.
